There are many people who started their careers as experts in one field or another and have found themselves now managing a team without the ideal amount of project management training. For people operating in our industry, the absence of the term "project manager" as a formal title has hidden the need for this training. This course is taught by a trained Project Manager, practicing educator, and an entertainment management practitioner of more than 20 years and will provide attendees with skills to take on any project with a sense of confidence as well as useful tools and techniques to ensure increased success. It will also teach attendees how to assess their progress and alter their approach before it is too late so that projects remain on time and within budget.
